Mr. Itua holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He was for several years the head of the Industrial Co-ordination/Marketing department of the Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT), Lagos. John was the Co-founder of Applied Engineering Technology Initiative Limited (AETI), he ran the company for about eleven years until November 2017 when he resigned as the Chief Executive. John has coordinated and managed several technical and engineering projects for several companies. His passion for technical related projects has seen him through the several technical projects he has handled including the rehabilitation of the control systems of Isashi Water Works belonging to the Lagos State Government and sponsored by the World Bank, complete rehabilitation of the electrical systems of the World Health Organization (WHO) Lagos Office, the design, supply, installation, repairs and maintenance of the Cabinet Enclosure Cooling units across Nigerian Bottling Company Limited (NBC) plants nationwide, etc. He is an experienced Human Capital Development Consultant with vast experience in technical and people management skills. He facilitates several management programmes that has help several industries improve on their service delivery.
Mr. Itua is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Associate of the Institute of Professional Recruiters and presently going through his MBA with the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). John Itua is the National Publicity Secretary of The Oil & Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN) and the Managing Director of Jovi Technical Limited.

Engr. Innocent is a graduate of Electrical/Electronic from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State. He has worked with Digicon Electronics Centre, Enugu as an Electronics Technician where he acquired basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge. He also served with NITEL Warri as a service technician where he acquired experience in Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting. As an Industrial Trainee personnel/Project Engineer in Skytet Solar Technology in Warri Delta State, he was involved in electrical/electronic designs and construction. He has a very good understanding of the operation of three phase induction electric motor and controls and has carried out projects involving designing and implementing control operations using Variable Speed drive for pumps, compressors, agitators and similar rotating equipment. He was also involved in several projects related to development of electrical diagram, panel construction/wiring and power auditing. He has hand-on experience working with Rockwell Software products which includes RSView32, FactoryTalk View, PanelBuilder32, RSLogix5/500/5000 and Allen Bradley range of hardware which includes SLC 500 PLC family, MicroLogix PLC family, PLC5 controllers, ControlLogix PLC family, VersaView HMI, PanelView HMI as well as working with Siemens WinCC Flexible, SIMATIC MANAGER, Drive Monitor, Starter and Siemens S7-200/300 PLCs etc. Such experience involves developing HMI/SCADA program, PLC programming and integrating data acquisition across multiple controllers using custom IO drivers and OPC DATA Server. He has also undertaken projects ranging from complete automation of production lines to training of Automation, control and Instrumentation Engineer. Has also provided Automation controls for manually operated production lines, programming of temperature controller, installation of sensors and similar electrical and control projects. In all, he adopts a professional approach and uses systematic and logical troubleshooting procedure in accordance to international standards like the NFPA 70E, NEC, IEEE, IEC and NEMA. He has several years of experience in selection, sizing and installation of field instruments ranging from process displays, videographic recorders, loop controllers to ultrasonic devices, conductivity probes, level, pressure and temperature transmitters. He has mastered the act of calibration using Emerson HART 475, Fluke 789/754 process meters and other bench calibrators complying with ISO17025 standard. He rose from the position of an Electrical and Control Engineer to the Principal Automation and Control Specialist in AETI for over 11years were he was responsible for the research & Development of several Automation and Instrumentation projects. Engr. Innocent is the Engineering Manager of Jovi Technical Limited.

Justina holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. She started her career as a Secretary in a Private School several years ago, where she learnt the basis of Administration and Secretarial functions. She later advanced and became the Secretary/Financial Controller to a private company (D.Agu Ventures Nigeria Ltd.), Lagos, where she worked for over 5 years. Justina joined the services of AETI Ltd., where she worked for over 10 years as a Front Desk Officer, then, administrative Officer and later the Administrative Manager of AETI. As an Administrative Manager, she was involved in Planning and Co-ordination of administrative procedures and systems, Recruitment and Orientation of personnel, Database Management, Procurements, Travels and Protocols management, among others. She was involved in virtually all departments ranging from Accounts, Human Resources, Business Development, etc. and also assisted in facilitation of some Management programmes. She is well experienced in co-ordination, planning and execution of projects, logistics and related services. As an excellent co-ordinator and planner, she has passion for efficiency. Justina has over 18 years work experience in the following areas: Administration, Secretarial duties, Human Relation, Database Management, Accounting, Procurement, Project Management, etc. which cut across educational, engineering, manufacturing and the oil & gas sectors.
